Massage Answers

I have back ache this morning & really need a good massage, especially round the back of y neck & across my shoulders. Who is going to give this to me…..nice clean answers please.

My friends say I give great back massages & I would like to work with a friend of mine giving back massages (normal kind) Would I get in trouble with the law if I don’t have a degree or certificate in massages? I am self taught & my back massages are just to relieve stress & relax the person. I live in Texas.

I always give him massages because he works really hard, & I know he really enjoys them. But I always hide my back from him because of my spots (I know it sounds stupid) & so he always asks to give me one & I’ve always said no, even though I’d really like one. I’m just REALLY self-conscious. Every time I do he tells me how beautiful I am & he says he has seen my whole body (Which frightens me a bit!)
but what to do? xxx

Light rubbing of the skin with lots of warm oil, developing into deeper kneading & muscle chiseling with fingers & thumbs.
Rocking the whole oiled ribcage on the spine by running hands upwards under the back from the waist, turning them at the armpits & pressing downward across the chest to the belly, around the waist & repeat, speeding up with each repetition until each round takes about 2 seconds.
I could go on & on… but then I’d need my GF to come back here & massage me like she did this afternoon – & she’d be mad at me ’cause it’s *her* turn next.

I’m in my third trimester & would like to get one before I go into labor. Will having this help me to relax? What other benefits are there for pregnancy massage? I am becoming very anxious, my feet & ankles are swollen, & I feel as if my whole body is stressed from being pregnant.

I know how to relieve stress, & I’m trying to answer a common question for many people. For once, when you aren’t busy take a slow shower at moderately warm temperature. You may think that hot water would feel better, but it doesn’t when you take a slow shower, that’s why it’s important. Think that this is the day you get to relax & flush out all the stress. When you are in the shower massage your shoulders & places you are sore, with soap or shampoo. When you get out, relax & do something you love. Hope I helped!
